Tenor Bulent Bezduz graduated from the Music Academy of Gazi University in Ankara. He started his voice studies with Polish Tenor Roman Werlinski. He made his debut at the Mersin State Opera as Alfredo in the Verdi's "La Traviata". In 1997 he was invited to further his studies at the European Opera Centre in Manchester and He made his Europe debut in the title role of Mozart´s opera Lucio Silla on tour in the UK, Ireland and Denmark. In 1999 he won the second prize in the Concours International de Chant de Paris during his studies in the Centre National d'Insertion Professionnelle d'Artistes Lyriques (CNIPAL) in Marseille. He has performed with great conductors such as Sir Colin Davis, Riccardo Chailly and such a famous orchestras like Amsterdam Cocertgebouw and London Symphony Orchestra. He has also made Recording of Les Troyens and recently Falstaff with LSO under Sir Colin Davis.Mr Bezduz won Grammy Awards with this Cd recording Falstaff (as Fenton) . |
